I have always made my sites by hand originally using tables, and now slowly moving to CSS. As I am about to redesign our site, what is a good tool so I don't have to do it all by hand?

I have GoLive, but it feels clunky.

How many here still do it all by hand?

GoLive is clunky. Try the Dreamweaver demo. It's the best by far. It's clunky free too. 8 times leaner than GoLive, ten times less bugs, ten times more speed, all features. Can you believe iWeb is five times bigger on your disc than Dreamweaver? That is how lean Dreamweaver is.

You could use Programs like NVU or RapidWeaver and learn the CSS from those after you've exported your site. Also the community for RapidWeaver is as helpful as Macnn's.
