I'm looking for a good alternative to Adobe/Macromedia's Contribute, it doesn't have to be free, but it has to be able to run on either a Microsoft or Linux server(unfortunately not OSX, this is out of my control), I've found this http://www.cuteftp.com/cms/
Which looks really great but at 50-thou, yikes, and contribute is coming in at 30k btw.

Another vote for Joomla. Very customizable. And there's a ton of add-on plugins that can drastically alter its appearance, as well as to some degree its function.
