I am a programmer who does Windows at work but I want to start to do mac programming at home, i've downloaded xcode and looked through some examples on apple's dev stuff but I think I'm gonna need a little more of starter, does anyone have any recommendations ? are there any online class training for xcode ?

The best thing to do is to give yourself a couple easy projects to do (a game, inventory management program, fractal generator, etc) and then buy a good book for reference.
