I know that i can run two apache servers on one computer by changing the listening port of apache is this possible also with mysql server?

becase i have trouble with that when i ran my apache on my computer everything is great but when i starts another server from the flash disk it proceed but there is error that mysql port is used by another server

how can i solve this?

You need to change the port.
Found this in a quick google search.

I can tell you on were it does the configure command you would use
/usr/local/mysql/configure

Also on mine since i upgraded to mysql5 my mysql confige files are in
/usr/local/mysql/support-files/

They may be for you as well.
You shouldn't make fun of nerds... you'll be working for one some day.

but the trouble is that I had those server on flash disk and there is a windows aplication called EasyPHP

Then change the listening port on your computer if there is no way to edit the my.conf file in EasyPHP.
