Hi All

Has anyone put a hit counter on an iWeb page without a .mac account?
I am having problems as when I add one using a free 'Stat Counter' it looses my index links on the home page...
Is it the index.html or welcome.html I should be adding the code to?

please help.

Thanks

Ollie

The proper way to track hits is to use software that analyzes Apache logs and can differentiate between search engine spiders and human visitors.

Those simple little CGI counters that simply track page hits are pretty much worthless (and often tacky too, IMHO)
