How can I compile C/C++ files from my Mac OS X? Or is it already installed? I would like to use the terminal for my coding (emacs/pico) and not Xcode.

Thanks guys.

If you have Xcode installed, you have GCC installed. Xcode is a front-end to GCC, GDB, Javac, etc.
