It has been a while since I had dealt with Interface Builder so please forgive my newbie question… I have opened a nib in order to localize them for a friend, but I have stumbled with this message:
Where is supposed to be such plug-in located?, thanks in advance.

Er…I think that's a custom palette, so it would be wherever you put it (likely nowhere if your friend forgot to give it to you). I don't see it anywhere, at least.
