Hi

I'm starting to create a Package (Installer) for Mac OS X.

I'm including a license, welcome text & an .exe.

Within the installer I create, is there a way to make the setup;

• Check if DarWINE is installed
• If DarWINE isn't installed, for it to prompt to download
• After download is complete, for the DarWINE installer to open up

Please tell me how to add the ^above^ to my installer.

I wouldn't do it that way. The better way would be to put in a pre-install check to see if DarWINE is installed, and if not return an error message that includes a link to the DarWINE project.

I am doing this for many different operating systems, and my method requires the least amount of configuration for the End User.

So if you could please tell me how to embed a download link into my OS X Installer, one with an if/else command (if DarWINE exists, continue; else download and install DarWINE).
