So basically, I want it so when someone clicks on the extension icon in the browser bar, a little 25x25 box appears and sticks to the bottom of the browser, moving while the page is scrolled. I'm not quite sure how to add a box to the main page, or even if its possible, but similar to the Facebook Photo Zoom ext. The only difference is that I want mine to appear only when my extension button is clicked on, not show up all the time.
