Try this:

get info for folder "lyrics"
display info of folder "lyrics"
end tell

Folder could be anything on your desktop. See what happens. an unclosable window. Although you quit the prog, the window stays there. Only cure: Force quit finder!!!

You have installed Akua Suite and are accessing the progress bar display window. Adding the following line to the script will delete the window.
