Hello,

Does anyone know how to switch between different tcp/ip configurations with applescript? I am looking for an easy to way change between modem and ethernet using Applescript. I have looked in the dictionaries, but have not found anything. Thanks for your help.

I not sure about the applescript but you can do it easily thought "Location Manger". I think Location Manger uses an applescript to do this function.
you just need to setup a differnt configuration in the tcp/ip control panel for each setting then make a configuration setting for each in the location manger.
Then all you need to do when you want to change between modem and ethernet is click on the location manger in the control strip and pick which one you want.
