I'm a writer for Reverer.com, and we're doing a lot of work on our ubb forums. It'd be really nice to have our nicks posted by the 'last post' time. Can you give me a link or whatever to help me make it happen?

Seems that hack only adds the last poster to the main topic list.

Could someone at MacNN just give me a quick list of the name of the hacks they use here at the forums?

we have the 'last post in forum display' running, but it only seems to work at the top of the tree, when you first enter the forums and see the forum areas (like 'developer' or 'older systems' here). once inside, tho, the individual threads don't display the last poster. that's the main one i'm trying to figure out..

sounds like portugese to me. i'm just a mod there, not an admin, but he (the admin) is new to ubb as well, so i'm trying to hunt down the info (since i'm the one who begged for this hack).

so the answer to your question is, i don't know. and if i asked admin, i'm not positive he'd know what i'm saying.. help? [baby steps to the forum..]

go to the UBB control panel:

usually at: http://www.yourhost.com/ubb/cp.html
click on the Update Threads link on the left side
enter your username and password (must be an admin)
you can keep the 2 dropdowns default. (All Forums and 150)
click "Update Threads Now"
and depending on the size of your board you should be done any where from 1 minute to ???
