Hey everybody,

Just starting out. Can anyone give me any suggestions on books, or websites that can get me up to speed for OS X. On a sidenote are there any databases such as 9i coming out for X, or will be coming. Sorry not interested in Filemaker. Thanks ahead of time for any help.

Apologize for not clarifying my initial post. Need help with Perl(General work, books, mags, website) and setting up Apache and mod_Perl on OSX. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Have you taken a look at MySQL?

It is very fast, and free!
