Hi,

I was wondering if this place is a good one for CW/PP pbms and questions ? (I don't want to be out of subject)
Or is there any known web-forums (like this one) for this specific subject ? I would prefer use this kind of forums instead of newsgroups ...

thanks a lot in advance,

-teo.

Hi Teo,

Yes, this Forum is the designated home on MacNN for development discussions, including MW CW/PP issues. (Although, issues specific to Mac OS X development are discussed in the OS X - Developer Forum.)

For some pointers to other CW/PP and general C/C++ web-based resources, please see the earlier related threads in this Forum (e.g., the C++ thread, which contains links to some of MW's web pages). In particular, check out the 'Programmming on Macintosh Resources' section of MW's Desktop Programming Resources web page. [Unfortunately, some of their links are outdated, but it's still a good starting-point, e.g., for a wider hunt via a general search engine.] There's also MW's own CodeWarriorU.com online "university", which not only offers free courses, but also provides access to message boards.

In addition, recall that Deja.com's free Usenet Discussion Service provides a web-based interface to the major Usenet 'comp.sys.mac.*' newsgroups, including comp.sys.mac.programmer.codewarrior and comp.sys.mac.oop.powerplant.

Regards,

--Paul
