Here is some constructive criticism:
People on the web are used to thinking that underlined things are links.
Some browsers choke at frames at 100%, * - you might try 99% and 1% so you don't give away your secret if someone's browsing with a non-capable browser.
I would stay away from strict DTD's - some browsers will attempt to validate your page before displaying and won't display if it's not valid - besides - DTD's are being replaced by schemas as recommended by W3C yesterday. I'd change it to at least a loose DTD - again for compatibility.
I like your use of client-side imagemaps. Too many people are going crazy slicing in fireworks and <A HREF'ing each sliced portion and making users' download time longer because they're increasing the # of HTTP requests.
