How can I quit the Finder?
I tried the kill -9 284 command but the Finder reloaded just after quitted...

I assume you don't want the Finder running at all, right?
I don't know why you'd want to do this...
A higher process (loginwindow, IIRC) keeps tabs on the Finder and Dock so it can reactivate them if they go goofy. I don't think you can disable the Finder in the way that you want. Keep in mind that killing the Finder doesn't help your system in OS X like it would in OS 9 and before. Before, killing the Finder would free up some memory, but that's pointless now that we have OS X's new memory management scheme.
