When I select Target->MyTarget and under Application Settings, type in the .icns file that I have inside my root project directory, PB doesn't seem to build the app with that icon. The icon file is good, and like most icons it has an alpha channel. I need PB to use the .icns file because if I just cop y the image out of IconComposer and paste it to the icon field in the inspector for the app, it doesn't seem to recognize the alpha channel and the image has black instead of transparent. Anybody have any ideas?

Clean your project. I often have problems with this, and cleaning almost always fixes it (also make sure you've imported it into your project, not just moved it into the same directory as your project, and that it has a checked box next to your image name - I apologize if this insults your intellegence).
