If you need EJB, try looking at JBoss (jboss.org). If you need a full J2EE implementation, I'd look at Enhydra Enterprise (enhydra.org).
I haven't heard about anyone using either one of these with OS X so it may be rough sledding at first, but they're both pure Java products and should work with a little tweaking.
As far as needing an integrated combo, you could use a pure Java DB (e.g., InstantDB, Cloudscape, and the like). In fact, since Enhydra manages the InstantDB code, it probably comes with Enhydra. But I'm not really sure what you mean by 'integrated combo'....
