With more and more clients demanding to use UML, and with OS X just in the mailbox, I'm wondering what UML tool I should look at?

Any suggestions?

I may suggest you try Together whiteboard, a free Java UML tool which can also do c++. Has worked well for me. http://www.togethersoft.com

If you can run a PC emulator then ARTiSAN Real-Time studio is the best UML tool out there. I have managed to run it under Virtual PC 4. You need a G4 to use it really though.

Except that Whiteboard only does class diagrams. You need to pay money for the other 8 diagram methods.

I have been using ObjectPlant for a small project with some success as well. (Check www.versiontracker.com)

No relation to Ian Daeglish, that soccer hooligan?

Thanks for the pointer to ObjectPlant, I found it at

http://versiontracker.com/moreinfo.fcgi?id=3220

I'll let you know how it goes...
