Okay... this may sound retarded but I'm just a lowly first-year CS major and I just want to use OS X's Project Builder like they make us use Microsoft's Visual C++ in labs.
So... my question is: How do I create a command-line project, e.g. I write my code, I press compile, and a terminal window shows up with my compiled app running? Is there any way to do that? Or am I forced to just create an empty project, use Project Builder for the nifty colored comments and significant keywords and then open up a terminal window, type cc etc and then run my program? And if I do have to do option B, what's the best choice to choose at the beginning when it asks you what kind of project/file to create so I can maybe still use the compiler built into Project Builder (and the compile button) so I can at least get usable error messages as opposed to the notoriously vague ones the cc in the terminal gives me?
Thanks.
