There are two things I want to do with NSWindow and don't know how.
How do I keep my NSWindow always on top of all other windows even from other applications?
How do I make my make my NSWidnow draggable when it has no title bar?

You should check out this example from apple's site. It shows you how to do window transparency, dragging without a title bar, and floating above other windows. Here's the URL:

The example is very well commented, so you should be able to make all of it out.
