I need help trying to compile a fortran source code. Specifically:

1) does the Apple OS X Developer tools CD install a fortran compiler?

2) If not, is there a good open-source compiler?

3) How do I run the compiler (I've compiled a couple of things on an SGI (Irix), but Darwin is a different enough beast that I'm a little lost.)

The program will supposedly "compile on systems with any respectable fortran77 compiler."

I'm running Gaussian 98 (rev A10) on my G4 with OS X, and need to upgrade the NBO program. Any other chemistry geeks out there who could give me a hand?

If Heaven has a dress code, I'm walkin to Hell in my Tony Lamas.
