IamBob and myself (Creator of the OSX Samba package) are both working on JAVA GUI interfaces for Command line applications.
We have started a thread over at http://www.macosx.com about this process. We are inviting all of you who would like to help us or do this yourself, to join in the discussion. We can use all the help we can get and will provide it when possible.
