I'm trying to add my CodeWarrior 6 help files to the Help Viewer's TOC. So far, I've gleaned that the Help Center can scan every app bundle for .help files, but my CW6 documentation is on my classic MacOS partition so I'm trying to find an appropriate place to put a symlink. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Well in Mac OS X, All help files are stored in /Library/Documentation/Help. In that directory u can find a number of folders for a number of applications. Inside each folder would be it's own TOC and help files and images etc. Perhaps you want to create your own folder in that path and add your symbolic links. But be careful because that path I mentioned is related to the root account. Each user in ur machine has a different path; sth like : /Users/auser/Library/Documentation/Help. If u install ur folder in the former path then the help should be available to all users.
Hope this helps...

You can also include help inside your applications.
