Specifying app icon in Projcect Builder

How exactly am I supposed to specify the icon that my application is to use?
I did the following:
Created the Icon.icns file.
Added it to the Resources folder of the Project.
Specified "Contents/Resources/Icon.icns" as icon file in application settings.
Built.
But the built app doesn't show the icon. Am I doing something wrong or has the Finder just not updated it?
