Hello all,

I'm trying to get the DBI module to install.

I typed in the perl Makefile.PL command and it printed this:

----
Warning: I could not locate your pod2man program. Please make sure, your pod2man program is in your PATH before you execute 'make'
---

Does anyone have any suggestions on fixing this?

pod2man comes as part of your perl installation, so it will be on your machine, unless you have excised some stuff.

I have a discussion on installing some modules on a web page, but it will be down until Tuesday morning and back-to-work. If you can wait that long: http://invictus.usask.ca/macosx/

I have tried re-installing Mac OS X but it still does not work - same problem. When I type in 'which make' it should tell me where the make program is located, correct? When I do this I get nothing.

This is significant - you will have to download and install the Apple Developer package. It is free but a large download. There are instructions elsewhere in these forums.
