has anyone built eggdrop for OSX? It needs TCL, which looks like it's there as a framework, but eggdrop doesnt like it. I tried downloading & building TCL, but that failed too (something about dynamically loading, i think)

Presumably what you need is tcl/tk, right? because there is a /usr/bin/tclsh8.1

I have eggdrop1.4.5 and 1.6.1 working. I also have a tcl8.3.1 binary. If your still interested reply here.
