I'm using the Java based application, in that i have a JTable with multiple rows, and i want to select the multiple rows randomly, like we do in the windows using the control key and mouse click, is there any way to do the same on the Mac, i tried using the Apple key and mouse click, but it is not working.

I believe this is a bug in the 10.0.4 Swing implementation. It's fixed in the latest JDK - you can download the developer preview from http://connect.apple.com/ .
