Developer Tools - Where?

I've been trying to download the latest Developer Tools from Apple's site (damn them anyway, for not including the dev tools with new Macs). Everything I throw at Apple's site is denying me access, though. I get as far as the download form, but then it refuses to let me in. FTP sessions also seem to lock up when I enter a username (never get to enter a password, or even see any response from the username).
What's going on? Is something up with Apple's site? Or is there some other place where I can get them instead?

Nothing is wrong with the site AFAIK, but if none of your browsers or anything are working, then you might want to ask a friend if they can burn a copy of the CD and ship it to you, or if you have broadband access, download it from someone (get some OS X user to put the PKGs into an FTP directory or something).
Other than that, I have no idea.
(BTW, I'm not sure if this violates any software license, since (a) the software is free and (b) you can't get it through conventional means. I/We don't condone piracy, of course.)

I can't get the download from the USA server either. Try the Euro server, that seems to work for me.

Amen to that! I bought a nice new QS G4 and was majorly pissed off when I realised the dev tools weren't in the box and that I'd have to downlod them again.
Does anyone know if the dev tools will be available for 10.1 or if the current ones will still work....actually, come to think of it, 10.1 seems like a huge new build. What are the chances of ANY software working?!

The developer tools will need to be all-new (several fundamental things like the linker have changed). I think a lot of software will work, but a lot will probably also need a small amount of work to run. I don't know though, I've never used Puma
