Has anyone managed this?

Is there any way you could use netinfo/hosts/apache etc to serve pages out on one address and then run classic to try to pick them up from another.

I've tried using the same address (ie localhost or 127.0.0.1) to no avail, classic just ignores OSXs webserver. I thought perhaps if I tricked classic into thinking that the serber was a fifferent machine it might pass the TCP down to OSX to be dealt with. I'm only guessing though. Does Classic even pass the TCP packets to OSX? Surely it must do. How can I get them passed to Apache?

Any thoughts?..

It would be really useful to be able to test pages hosted on my OSX webserver in an old classic Netscape..
