Do Apple have a campus user group program, like what Microsoft's doing? I think it's important for a company to capture mind-share and publicity, especially with college students since we're potential customers of the future.

If someone at a University wants to start one, do u think we'd be able to get Apple's support?

We started a MUG last year and got recognized by Apple earlier this year. We are also recognized on campus as an official student organization and are currently waiting to see if they approve our budget for a server.

Apple doesn't start them for you, but they are willing to help you out if you start your own. Check out Apple's User group page for more information.

I posted it here because I'd be interested in a devloper's user group on campus, similar to what Microsoft has.
