Does anyone know how to create the buttons like the 3 way view button in finder?

They are funky because they have multiple images, they paint the blue glass on the current state, they paint the dark gray on mouse down, etc.

Do they exist someplace in Cocoa I haven't found? Or has anyone rolled their own?

The button appears to be based on the Bevel Button Type resource pictured below. I'm not in OsX now so I'm not sure if its available as a Nib element or not. BTW - nice file viewer you have going in the other thread, I assume this is related?

Yes, I need this button to do the same thing that finder's does. Switch between the details and the icons view.

It does seem to be some subclass of the bevel button, but I can't seem to make one using IB, and I was hoping to not have to write a custom view... But that's where I'm headed.

How did you get at those image parts?
