And I still can't get the new Developer Tools over DSL. This looks less like an "enthusiastic response" to the Tools than a company that doesn't have it's act together. No Fortune 500 Company should take more than 24 hours to respond to a situation such as this. I'm not the only one who feels Apple should be really embarassed about this, am I?

I hear ya...I was finally able to get it last night via cable modem. Around midnight EST I got the download started, it was still sitting at 0 bytes transferred when I walked away and went to bed. Got up this morning and it had c ompleted, supposedly in about 45 minutes. Hope you can get it this weekend, it was worth the wait.

Now that's funny!
I am getting knee deep in the new tools, they are great. I've got plans for a web site for AS and AS Studio, it will take a few days but keep your eyes on http://www.applescriptstudio.net. Any help would be appreciated. I have time on my hands for a while (disability), so I am hoping to make the most of it.
