I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of my PB CD as well as the dev tools CD... I just want to have a place where folks can "log" the time when they get theirs. I am curious to see who gets theirs first, and to make sure I am not getting shafted! When you get it (ADC members only please), state your program (Student, Select, or Premier) and when you got your copy! BTW, I am a student dev... who is trying to keep his fingernails intact!

Have any students gotten it yet? I was thinking of getting the ADC student membership.

I know packages don't get here until later in the day... so I am restraining myself from checking the box every hour. If you were to join ADC now, it would probably be around 3-4 weeks before you got anything. On the upside, I could almost guarantee that the PB would be in your introductory package! Still waiting...

I'm a Student Developer and I received my copy today. Too bad I have to wait a week before my new machine arrives, but I can just stare longingly at the 2 cds until then.

Got my Student copy yesterday...ironically, the copy I ordered from the Apple Store on the morning of 9/13 still hasn't arrived...

(Yes, I know it's free, but I wanted to install it at work and wasn't sure if the license would permit it)

Hey,

I received the copy of Mac OS X PB disc and the Dev. tool disc on Sept 22. It refused to boot on my iMac Rev.A, which I upgraded to a 46.1 GB drive and iProRAIDTV card. I partition it in the following 21/20/2GB, installed 9.0.4 on the first partition, then installed OS X on the last partition. Now, someone told me that the iMac Rev.A will only boot if the system software is installed on teh first 8GB of the hard drive. On my god, I don't want to format the drive again/ put the OS X on the same partition, any suggestion?
One more thing, I want the whole OS X package, which Steve Jobs showed us on his Paris keynote. I like the package.
