[Apocalypse]

Just a quick question that will be INSANELY easy to answer for anyone who has written any of the cocoa programs out there:
How do I change the icon and the string fields that appear in the about box? I read through the NSApplication interface to find out where the calls are made to (sort of) but how do you change them. I found a way to bypass this and manually make the application call a different about box but it is sloppy and I like a cohesive architecture.

Can someone clue me in?

The icon is in the target settings, it's the one you build your app with. And the strings are in Info.plist in the Resources folder of your project. It's all automatic, you see.

Perfect! I was getting close and that helped me find the last thing I needed. I will post a link to a demonstration of this to this thread within the next few days. It is pretty simple yet some of the Apple Source Code examples fudge this the same way I was (Son of Silly Balls, for example) so I think that a simple example might be useful to some people who are in the same boat that I was.

AFAIK SimpleCocoaApp and CurrencyConverter don't hack it up. And neither does Vermont Recipes or the examples from Rhap_DiscOS.pdf
