How do I package an existing Java app so that it looks nice and pretty like Cocoa Java apps do? I want to package some Java apps I use like BugSeeker2 and Forte4J so I don't have to always resort to the Terminal to launch them (and so I can give them a nice Icon).

I found an Apple document which references MRJAppBuilder - and that seems to be the way to go, except that it won't launch.

There is also no mention of how to add subdirectories to the package, E.G., say the distro is:
<home>/
user
home
properties
...

How do I get these directories into the bundle?
