That about says it all. When I double-click MRJAppBuilder the app appears in the dock, then says it unexpectedly quit.

Hi Angus, this is what I got in the console:

Setting priority of main task to 10000
Classic.app: Couldn't connect to the pasteboard. Copy and paste with external apps will not work.

[JavaAppLauncher Error] CFBundleCopyResourceURL() failed loading MRJApp.properties file

[LaunchRunner Error] No main class specified

I tried copying the properties file from other MRJApp bundles and modifying it to match app builder but it didn't work. I then launched the app builder from the command line (which did work), but when I rebuilt the package for app builder (using app builder) I got java.lang.NoSuchMethodError's. Is MRJAppBuilder somehow hosed in this release?

I am reinstalling the Dev tools by first running the removeoldfiles script and rerunning the installer. I hope this works.

absmith, I had the same problem (after reading your post I checked my MRJAppBuilder when I got home).

I remembered that I had a problem when I installed the Dev tools before, since I was ever so watchful of the install log. There was a line that said that MRJAppBuilder couldnt be deleted because I had version 10.x.xx and the version that was trying to be installed was 1.something.

Anyhow, I deleted MRJAppBuilder and reinstalled the Developer Tools, and the new MRJAppBuiler 1.1.x was installed and works fine

I guess it was a version error in the way the Developer Tools 10.0.4's MRJAppBuilder was labeled, and then later how the new version with the Dev Tools 10.1 were labeled.

Anyhow, now everything is nice and kosher
