This is simple for someone.
When I select New poroject I'm not presented with any templates.
Carbon Nib etc.
How do I set the locate for project builder to look for these templates?
Developer Tools have to be installed onto a volume containing OS X or the files it installs aren't setup with the active system, but will reside on the installed volume.
In Short, install the Dev tools on the OS X volume you're using.
