Anyone had any luck using JDBC drivers for MySQL on OSX? The reason I am interested is that UltraDev runs well on OS X, and so with JDBC drivers I wcould use it with live data from my MySQL databases.

On a related note does anyone have any thoughts on where ODBC and JDBC is going now that OS X is breathing?? The Mac has always lacked a good way of connecting to remote databases. Is this likely to change in any big way? Also what about web application servers such as ColdFusion... IIS is currently the only viable way of testing code from UltraDev.
