Project Builder and the OS X.1.2 update?

Alright I can't launch project builder. This could be caused by one of two things:
1. I update to X.1.2. I know the update to X.1 required a dl of dev for X.1

2. I reinstalled OS X (I messed the heck out of it... long story)

The September or December 2001 tools should work on 10.1.2. Make sure you are using them. Otherwise, look in the console log for any other information about what could be farking up.

Updated dev tools will do the trick, I think. I had the same issue, and getting the December tools fixed it.
