I have heard a lot about this , but I can't find that option anywhere . Can somebody tell me where to find it ?

in pb, click on the tab "targets" on the left. in the lower half of the pane that becomes visible, you should see two radiobuttons now with that option. (this is true for the december dev tools, in earlier versions, those were options with check marks -- big difference )
