So, like a lot of other people, I need quick access to system information and other commands that I use on a regular basis. So what I put together was a little app that would hold different modules for displaying information or commands. It's called EZ Access, and it currently has modules that support displaying the ip, uptime, date and time, opening files/folers/applications and webpages, and showing/killing running processes.

The app is open source, so anyone can look at the code and ad their own modules and make suggestion son how to improve the app. Right now there is only one large bug; modules can't be loaded dynamically. Some other useful modules that could be added in the future could include a weather and traffic module or a sayings module (ala slashcode).

Useful little app!

When displaying the IP, don't just do the local IP address for a LAN. Also include the IP for internet connections (Search all of the network locations)

Also, perhaps add a menu item (right side item) as well as a dock interface.
