Hello everybody,
macinplay.de is proud to announce the first real benchmarking application for the mac. We teamed up with Simon Finne to create a new way of comparision for every mac user.

As you can see, it is only version 0.5.0. This means, that the author may not be able to get time whenever soon. It may also mean that development on the app continues in about two weeks, but we will have two see.
Anyway, this application was built to benchmark your whole computer. It is a host application and is bundled with 3 plug-ins, which you can benchmark your 2d and 3d functions with. As you can guess, this one is cocoa and OS X-only. A documentation is included which you can use to write your own plug-ins. This is something we would love to see!
We also would love to see localizations of the application.
