As long as you have nothing to hide, you should have no problem. It is free after all, how could you argue? It's just crazy Linux slashdotters trying to create another stupid movement against a perfectly legitimate product.

The license goes a little too far. It states that you waive your right to a jury trial. Why on earth would it say that? It's a software license!

After reading that license I immediately deleted my copy. Allow audits (IE, we're going to come in and examine your systemsfor violations)? No jury trials? No way!

If those borland guys show up at my door and say they want to come in and look around, I'm simply gonna say, "Hell no." I dont care if they stick that license in my face. What are they gonna do? Force their way in?
And im sure any competent court in any city/state would find that agreement totally invalid if they were to try to enforce it.
im not too concerned about it. it does bother me that borland puts out such a crazy license terms.
