I just installed the developer tools since I'm starting a JAVA programming class. However it seems not to find any of the classes. I checked the CLASSPATH variable and it was not set?

Any ideas as to where the documentation is on how to set this or even better what should I set it to?

thanks in advance as always.......

I just had to tackle this problem yesterday. Open Terminal and type:

setenv CLASSPATH /Your Directory/Here

mine for example is: setenv CLASSPATH /Users/jlabo/Documents

That should do it.
