Several times now, my Project folder including source files has gotten deleted, leaving the object code in a *.build folder. In my course of building and debugging, I lose track of exactly what I did(and no other IDE I've used has ever deleted anything without warning). Has anyone else experienced this?

ProjectBuilder is the only IDE I have ever seen that works the way it does when removing a file from the project. Normally when you remove a file from a project it just removes the file from the project. In ProjectBuilder when you remove a file froma a project a warning dialog is displayed with three buttons. I think (I am doing this from memory) that the default button deletes the files from both the project and disk. If you don't read the dialog carefully you can end up deleting the file, or if you are removing a framework, the entire framework.

But I never "removed" any files.
