Anyone know what happened John Hörnkvist or toastedmarshmallow? He did MacOS X Optimizations, Velocity Engine Optimizations, and Mac OS X Audio driver stuff for mpg123 in his mpegToaster app.

For some reason John and his website (http://www.toastedmarshmallow.com) are gone, so I can not find the source, some one help me find it!
