I'm very new to this, so please be patient. I know I will probably make someone mad, but it's not my objective.
As a way to get to know some of the development underpinnings of OS X, I thought it would be neat to try to turn my favorite xscreensaver hack into an OS X screensaver module.
I found the source for the hack, and even found the screensaver project in Project builder.
Where I'm stuck (right now at least) is trying to covert from the Xwindows functions to the Aqua equivilents. In particular:
XrmOptionDescRec
and
XPoint
If anyone could point me to an FAQ or other resource, I would *really* appreciate it.
My apologies if I'm stepping on any toes.
Oh, the hack I'm trying to port is: "spinning galaxies"
I just love all that tiny little chaos.
