Anyone know of a university that I can take mac programming/cocoa classes in US or Europe?

My suspicion would be: not yet. Cocoa hasn't been out very long at all (if you conveniently forget about NeXT, as most people did).

Besides, a real degree would focus more on general programming concepts than on the specifics of Cocoa, and that's exactly what I'd recommend. If you want a course which covers similar programming style, find one that does Java - ObjC and Java are quite close, in all but syntax.

Im styding computer sciens in sweden but I thinking of going to US for 1-2 semester and it would be nice to take some cocoa classes.

Ive just started a CS degree at Bristol Uni in the UK, and this term we learn C,and next term we learn java and haskel. With knolege of C and Java, Objective C should be reletivly simple to grasp. The Apple/O'Reilly Coaco book, and the apple Objective C pdf, are probably the best places to start, I already have my copy
