How does PowerPlant as an API compare to Java and Cocoa in terms of complexity and paradigms?

Thanks,

I don't know about Java, but PP is definitely a bit more complex then Cocoa, but not overly so. I had a bit of a play with it last weekend and it doesn't look too bad at all.
